Loved it!

Very nice hotel. The staff is very kind. Room was clean, beautiful and modern. The rooftop pool is nice and warm. We were going by public transport and there is a bus station that takes you everywhere. Only in late hours it could be a bit problematic.

There is really nothing I could complain about.

Peaceful stay with a great sight!

I loved the view of my room, right in front of the sea. The roof pool was also very nice and suggestive. The staff was kind and professional. We also tried the food on the terrace and it did not disappoint!

The carpets in the room could use a restoration, and the shower was a bit noisy. The pool is tinier than I expected

Nice stay near Jeju City and airport.

The hotel was very nice and I had a sea view. The room is big and had 3 beds and still there was some space. The bathroom was big and comfy. The swimming pool on roof top was nice with water at good temperature. The hotel had an underground parking lot which we did not use as there was a parking spot next to hotel which was reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast was very good with lot of options. Bust stop to city was just outside the hotel and it had 2 convenience stores on each side.

Nothing specific. I was traveling with a young kid so nothing for him to do other than swimming pool.

Great overall.

The room was spacious and the location was okay. The staff that checked us in was very lovely and checking out took us 2 seconds, literally.

The pool definitely looked better in the photos than it was. The basement parking was very tight and only had a few spots, although they do have an outdoor parking.

Property is conveniently located near the ocean and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A/C had a bad odor when used so we had to turn it off since we were concerned about mold.

The pool is great - the staff is nice and kind and Everyday clean towels and cleaning the room

No closet to unpack the suitcase The pool towels cost 3,000won each for rent

Very Good

The location is good with lots of restaurants and cafes in the adjacent streets. The staff in the hotel are friendly and the rooms are large.

The seating area next to the rooftop pool could be managed better. Food is served but there are no staff to clear used plates etc away. There was no soap in the toilets by the pool or paper towels to dry hands. There didn't appear to be anyone in charge of the roof top facilities.

Very Good

The room was nice and spacious, moreover, the bathroom was also very nice and clean with great water pressure in the shower. The rooftop was also nice with a great view of the surroundings. The location was also nice with multiple convenience stores nearby, however, it took some time to get to reach a beach. The breakfast was also exceptional with a diverse variety from Korean to Western food.

The pool was a bit disappointing, it looks a bit different than in the pictures. Moreover, it was impossible to swim there as there were other people playing in the pool and making some noise. However, this is more of a problem of the guests rather than the hotel. Additionally, it was not possible to stream Netflix on the TV which was quite disappointing as this is standard for many hotels nowadays. Lastly, the hotel also does not provide cleaning service for its guests which is also very common for 4 stars hotels.

Great value overall but used toilet paper had to be garbaged which is 3rd world.

Front desk Ms Kim very friendly and was exceptionally helpful with all our inquiries and had shared great ideas of places to visit which made the trip amazing.

Ceiling had minor leaking from above unit after reporting it then appeared fine however next day leaking again. Disappointed that issue wasn’t fully resolved during our stay.

It met our expectations and was a nice stay!

The room was cleaned every day! Staff was very friendly and would help us with our questions. The location was great since it was close to the airport and a ten minute bus ride from the closest beach.

I wish the pool were bigger because it was always too crowded to use. Also the AC in the room is on a timer so sometimes we would come back to a really hot room.
